What Our Clients Say
Excepteur sint occaecat cupidatat non proident
Worked with a nice group of people. Management was high pressure to schedule all state awarded hours when setting up care schedules for clients. Never able to meet that expectation as clients changed schedules regularly.
I chose them because I liked what they were about. I like working for elder persons because they allow me to work independently. The willingness they took to train us really helped me.
I became a caregiver because I care and love the Elderly, making a difference in someone’s life, seeing the smile of your patients face makes me feel useful and important. The time spent on providing care for the elderly can be a joyous and enriching experience. I love the fact that I can actually help someone who needs help, or just to see them smile because you are being kind to them. That means a lot. Being a caregiver for the past 19+ years I can say there is no job more rewarding. I have met the greatest people and just feel great about myself every day. I love my work and I am always ready for the next challenge presented to me. They are more than your clients they are more like part of your family.
I love my job because you get the opportunity to help people with activities of daily life that they are unable or it’s hard for them to do. It helps me to appreciate life, and enjoy just the simple things. Having to be a caregiver for my grandmother at an early age really helped me to realize that, hey, this is what I’m good at, I’m going to help people, and that’s what I did. Thanks Pearlcaregiver for the additional training and helpful handouts, and management for just being there to answer any questions that arise. Definitely a great team of people to work for and to work with. I wouldn’t have it any other way!
